What to do if your Archer’s scores are not apperaing on the portal dashboard?

If you are portal user and are finding it difficult to see your Archer’s scores on the dashboard, try out the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. The app user must have filled out their name, gender, date of birth, selected the club and then shared at least one round.
  2. Archer’s who have selected the club in the app must first be approved in the portal for their scores to appear. Here is how to do that:
    1. Go to the “Club Archers” page and for any archer whose status column on the right hand side says “Requesting Approval”
    2. Click on the archer to be taken to the archer’s page, and then click the “Approve” button located top right hand side.
  3. The dashboard filters the scores shown according to the filter button and calendar in the top right corner. If scores are not appearing then double check that the filter button shows no filters are applied and also click the calendar button to clear any dates that might have previously been selected before refreshing the page.
  4. Perform a hard refresh of the dashboard page. For the most common browsers this can be done by either using the keyboard shortcut of ‘Ctrl and F5’ or by holding down ‘Ctrl’ whilst clicking the browser reload button.
  5. Try logging out and logging back in again. To log out click on the “Settings” page and then click “Log Out” on the top right.
  6. The Archer’s Toolbox web portal should work with any browser although we recommend using the most up to date version of Google Chrome.
  7. If archer’s scores are still not appearing it may be necessary to recreate the club portal account to help troubleshoot. Please contact clubs@archerstoolbox.com and we will remove the existing login credentials so that you may create a new account with the same email and password.
